4. Products & Print-on-Demand

All products sold through Tropikin are produced on demand through Printful, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. This means your item is custom-printed specifically for you at the time of your order. As a result:

Products are not pre-stocked and are printed individually per order.
Production time is separate from shipping time — please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.
Product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor calibration and print processes.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

All designs, graphics, prints, and creative content displayed on Tropikin products and this website are the intellectual property of Tropikin. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution of any Tropikin design — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited. By purchasing a Tropikin product, you do not acquire any intellectual property rights to the designs printed on them.

These platforms provide us with the online e-commerce platform and print fulfillment services that allow us to sell our products to you.
